Abstract
ITS (JSSC), featuring expanded papers se- lected from the 2005 IEEE Radio Frequency Integrated Cir- cuits (RFIC) Symposium. The 2005 symposium registered both a record number of paper submission and accepted papers, pre- sented in both oral and interactive forum settings. Within this issue, you will find 10 selected papers, where the less restric- tive format of the journal allows authors to significantly expand upon the material presented at the symposium. The RFIC section of this JSSC special is
