Abstract
OF SOLID-STATE
CIRCUITS is a selection of papers published in the IEEE
2005 Custom Integrated Circuits Conference (CICC). The pa-
pers in this selection reflect a continuing trend toward higher
performance, lower cost, and further integration. The 25 papers
are grouped into Digital Circuits, Wireless Designs, and Mixed-
Signal Circuits.
The first four papers focus on digital circuits, design method-
