Abstract—This paper introduces a power-efficient, chopper-sta-
bilized switched-capacitor sigma-delta /40/6/1/41modulator that com-
bines delayed input feedforward and single-comparator tracking
multi-bit quantization to achieve high-precision, low-voltage
