▸创新点2:全局环路动态共模反馈电路(系统创新)。提出动态共模反馈机制,实现全差分Class-AB操作的稳定性,避免传统静态反馈的功耗开销,支持宽输入范围(31 MHz Nyquist带宽)下的低失真(SFDR 76.6 dB)。
▸创新点3:无采样保持放大器(SHA-free)设计(架构创新)。通过消除传统SHA模块,减少级间噪声和面积开销(芯片面积0.26 mm²),同时维持12位精度(DNL 0.26 LSB, INL 0.72 LSB)。

Abstract—A 12 bit 50 MS/s 1.8 V pipelined CMOS analog-to-dig-
ital converter (ADC) based on a fully differential class-AB switched
operational amplifier achieves low power consumption with a dif-
ferential input voltage of 2.4 Vp-p. A global-loop dynamic
common-mode feedback circuit enables fully differential class-AB
operation with dynamic current switching for power reduction.
The prototype ADC shows a peak signal-to-noise-and-distortion
ratio of 64.0 dB and a peak s
