the 2010 Symposium on VLSI Circuits, which was held at the
Hilton Hawaiian Hotel, Honolulu, Hawaii, June 15–18, 2010. In
2010, the Symposium held its 23rd meeting on state-of-the-art
topics important to VLSI designers, with presentations on
important technical information, and new advances in VLSI
