Abstract
OURNAL OF SOLID-STATE
CIRCUITS (JSSC) includes some of the best papers from
the 2010 Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference (A-SSCC2010),
which was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Beijing, China,
from Nov. 8th through Nov. 10th, 2010. The A-SSCC is one
of four conferences fully sponso red by the IEEE Solid-State
Circuits Society, and it presents the newest and most advanced
chips and circuit designs in the solid-state and semiconductor
