Abstract

highlights some of the best papers from the 2011 Symposium on VLSI Circuits, which was held at the Rihga Royal Hotel, Kyoto, June 14–17, 2011. In 2011, the Symposium held its 25th meeting on state-of-the-art topics important to VLSI designers, wit h important technical presen- tations, and new advances in VLSI circuit design. Industry and academia around the world cont ributed papers to the Sympo- sium. The Symposium on VLSI Circuits and the co-located Sym- posium on VLSI Technology offer a uniq
