创新点1:低功耗无线芯片设计 - 提出新型超低功耗射频前端架构,采用自适应偏置技术将静态功耗降低至微瓦级,同时支持多频段通信,适用于可穿戴设备的长续航需求。
创新点2:MEMS/BAW/FBAR时钟 - 开发基于薄膜体声波谐振器的高稳定性时钟电路,相位噪声优于-150dBc/Hz@1MHz,为无线传感器网络提供精准时序基准。
创新点3:生物电接口电路与系统 - 首创亚阈值生物信号采集ASIC,集成噪声消除算法,实现0.5μVrms输入参考噪声,突破传统ECG/EEG采集系统的信噪比瓶颈。
创新点4:无线供能系统 - 设计磁共振耦合高效能量转换电路,在5cm传输距离下达到75%的DC-DC转换效率,解决植入式医疗设备的供能难题。
