J OURNAL OF SOLID-STATE CIRCUITS (JSSC) includes some of the best papers se- lected from the 2013 IEEE Asian Solid-State Circuits Circuit Conference (A-SSCC), which was held at the Resorts World Convention Centre in Singapore, on November 11–13, 2013.
