Abstract
IRCUITS highlights some of the best
papers presented at the 28th Symposium on VLSI Circuits,
held June 10–13, 2014, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Hon-
olulu, Hawaii, USA. Industry and university engineers from
all over the world reported in novative new techniques and
state-of-the-art results. Paper s presented covered a broad range
of topics important to VLSI circuit and system designers,
including topics also important to integrated circuit technology
