A VHF Wide-Input Range CMOS Passive Rectifier With Active Bias Tuning

Tiny implantable medical devices in millimeter size demand advanced wireless power solutions that operate at hundreds of megahertz and mainly use passive rectifiers for ac–dc power conversion.
