Abstract
This article presents a 6.78-MHz single-stage
dual-output regulating rectifier for miniaturizing the true wireless
devices. The proposed rectifier topology realizes ac–dc power
conversion and dual-output voltage regulation simultaneously
in one single stage, using only four on-chip power transistors,
thereby reducing chip area and off-chip components and improv-
ing the system power conversion efficiency. We integrate high
