Abstract
The article describes a novel concept of construct-
ing a flexible near-field communication (NFC) demonstrator of
an radio frequency identification (RFID) tag in an InGaZnO
(IGZO) process. Demand for such solutions appears in retail
automation—it allows delivery process tracking and quick order-
ing of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs), where the IoT
system is a part of smart packaging. The proposed RFID tag
was fully implemented in an IGZO process with three avail-
able electronic primitives,
