Abstract
This article presents a dual-band high-linearity
down-conversion mixer that covers the frequency range of 24–30
and 36–42 GHz and enables 5G millimeter-wave (mm-wave) non-
contiguous multiband operations in the major parts of the K - and
K a-bands. A reusable superheterodyne mixer with local oscillator
(LO)-reusable technique allows dual-band spectrum shifting.
A hybrid linearity-enhanced technique (HLET) is proposed to
improve linearity, which combines optimum bias, feedback,
and feedforward. O
