Prior to emergence of highperformance LED devices, the fluorescent lamps have been in a strong position in lighting systems as compared to the incandescent lamps since they have a better efficiency [4]. However, LED dramatically improves the performance in both life time and efficiency. In addition, LED is gaining popularity as a green solution. If the manufacturing cost issue is going to resolve in near future, widespread use of LED lighting is being expected.
