📄 原文摘要

Extensive research has been focused on generating LO signals for softwaredefined radios (SDRs) with ultra-wide tuning range over several frequency decades and sufficiently high spectrum purity to support diverse wireless standards [1-5]. This work presents an integrated frequency synthesizer (FS) that is able to cover not only all the wireless standards from 47MHz to 10GHz including 14-band MB-OFDM UWB but also the 802.15.3c standard from 57 to 66GHz. Figure 26.6.1 shows the architecture of the FS. A dual-band (DB) Q-VCO generates 3-to-4.2GHz and 8.4-to-12GHz IQ signals and enables IQ signals continuously from 47MHz to 6GHz to be obtained simply with only divide-by-2 operations. The 14-band carriers for MB-OFDM UWB are generated by single-sideband (SSB) mixing the 8448/4224MHz outputs from the Q-VCO or its following divider-A, with the 264/792/1320/1848MHz signals generated by a tri-mode injection-locked frequency multiplier (ILFM).
