📄 原文摘要

*Equally Credited Authors (ECAs) Power delivery with galvanic isolation is crucial for ensuring safety and reliability in harsh industrial environments, where isolated DC-DC converters are widely used to meet stringent operational requirements. Compared with isolated DC-DC converters that use discrete transformers and components, integrated DC-DC isolated converters with on-chip or in-package transformers can significantly reduce both cost and volume. However, these converters often suffer from low efficiency. Figure 32.4.1 shows a typical isolated DC-DC converter, which consists of a transmitter (TX), a transformer (TF), and a receiver (RX). In existing designs, an LC oscillator is typically employed in the TX [1-3], while a full-bridge rectifier is used in the RX [1-6]. The simulated power loss breakdown with a typical transformer shows efficiencies of 91%, 81%, and 80% for each respective part, resulting
