A 4-Channel 20-to300 Mpixel/s Analog Front-End with Sampled Thermal Noise Below kT/C for Digital SLR Cameras ply nodes VDD and VSS caused by parasitic inductance, limiting crosstalk. Also, the floating current mirror formed by MN1 and MN2 allows the bias current to be easily optimized by the nonlinear bias generator described earlier.

📄 原文摘要

Analog Devices, Beijing, China With this new reference buffer, measured crosstalk exceeds -85dB. A fullscale step input is applied to the aggressor channel, and other channels are measured with inputs grounded. Channel mismatch, defined as the difference between each channel and the average of all 4 channels, is shown in Fig. 2.3.5. The mismatch is plotted from black level to 1/8 full-scale, because DSLR systems are much more sensitive to nonuniformity at low signal levels. The measured mismatch is roughly within ±0.01% of full-scale. We present a 4-channel analog front-end (AFE) designed specifically for multichannel sensors used in digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) cameras. Multichannel sensors have been adopted as a solution to the increasing requirements for higher throughput in imaging systems. Single-channel AFEs have been published [1-4]; however, there are drawbacks to using multiple
