are reduced to 0.07GHz (resp. 0.03GHz) if we exclude the 52 elements (resp. 44 elements) on the periphery that exhibit larger deviations due to the anisotropy of the layout. A selected 120GHz (resp. 60GHz) element draws 29mA (resp. 10.1mA) from a 1.2V power supply; other unselected elements are disabled to reduce the total power consumption. The oscillator phase noise and the gating time determine the sensitivity.
